Reports can be made anonymously at 817-640-3454. However, if you
report anonymously, it is important that we establish a method of
contacting you or a method for you to contact us. You can leave us a
code name and a phone number where we can contact you or you can leave
us a code name and identify a time, within the next week or two, that
you will contact Tom Gannon at 713-935-4857 so that we can follow
up with you regarding questions that may come up during our
investigation.
